"Nicole" from National Broadband Network (a bot) is going to disconnect your landline and internet so you need to press 1 to speak to a technician. You end up speaking to someone (most likely from India) who claims to be from Telstra. After I gave him a few words about his own life choices, he terminated the call on me. Don't bother answering.
