I received a threatening call from someone claiming to be from Windows. They stated they wanted to check my computer for errors and threatened to cut off my computer access. I hung up, but the caller continued to call back.
Asked for a person that has died, told them I was the new owner of the house, he then asked why I kept the same ph number, I did ask who and what company he was from, he refused, So I told him your a scammer and thats why he asked for the wrong person, even though he insisted the phone number was still registered to the previous owner, I then told him that confirmed he was a scammer and looking up numbers from an old list he had. I hung up and blocked call, when checking there are several more numbers he could ring from.
