Caller first rang landline, did not leave message, second call to mobile a few days later, did not speak when I answered the phone, I hung up. Third call to mobile, asked how I was by surname, he said he was researching from the government on solar panels. I hung up. He spoke with an accent which seemed to be Indian. It seemed like there was a delay from my answering the phone, to his talking, like I would expect there to be if a call was being patched through to somewhere.
I rceived a phone call on my house phone and they just hung up, shortly after my mobile went off and it was this number. If I call it back it seems engaged.
I am also on the 'Do Not Call' list so this is really annoying!
As mentioned above, missed call to my land line, when I tried ti ring back (from a different phone) call was terminated straight away, didn't even ring.
