The only thing I can think of is that this is some sort of scam.

Scam immediately came to mind when I received the message.
SCAM MESSAGE RECEIVED AT 7:20 PM FROM HOT DOC.
I have never used online medical services, nor Telehealth services.
I’m on a disability pension and also pay top dollar for private health insurance - so there’s no way this fraudulent SMS I received is directed at me. Plus reading other people’s reviews here, I’m even more convinced this is a scam!
