This number rang approx six thirty at (EST) night and when answered went straight into a political message and survey no human contact or option to opt out just a recording with questions on how you think the government is doing.

An invasion of personal time with unsolicited political propaganda.

It's spam, when you answer they hang up, if you call back it doesn't go through.
