User Reports Examine Appointment Cancellation Scams

I got a text from this number stating that my appointment with 'Mr Hunt' on 12/3/15 @ 2pm had been cancelled and asking me to call a number that is not able to be phoned in Australia.... I have no idea who 'Mr Hunt' is and I am fairly sure this is a scam.
