It is a scam as the Australian Post will tell you which postal office the parcel is held.
Sent 1.21 am re a package stored at postal facility - scam. It followed a balnk scam message showing 0451743485 at 12.22 am.
Got the fack Australia Post message sore it at 2 am its going around not the first time I've got it and it is a very believable sight suggest not to even open it.

You can monitor your shipment at [fake hyperlink] and organise a re-delivery or pick-up.” I don’t have any online orders waiting to be delivered, so while the link appears to be an auspost link, it’s likely faked to go to a different webpage. Definitely a phone number which has been breached and used to send out this scam message to random numbers.
