I just gave the information they asked. Can they actually do anything with this information? If so what can I even do about it now? Has anyone had a call back yet?

Just got a call from this number. Lady with a Kiwi accent, kept saying sweet as when I answered her questions. I have her some dummy infor and asked her where she was from and she said Future. She said the infor was if I would qualify for a government rebate and that someone would ring me back in a couple of days. She stated it had to do with the government getting rid of the aged pension. Anyway, I gave them some info to see if they ring me back. I will update thread again. She had my maiden name.
Is this a scam? I just answered her questions...
Same just happened to my husband.
She was going on about the pension.

Calls same time, three days in a row... Hangs up when I pick up. Same as above comment. Says number not taking incoming calls.
Tried calling the Optus mobile back - advised the number was not receiving incoming calls...
Just received another call from this number - female Australian accent. Stated she is calling from "Quick Connect". Agree with previous comment, possible fraud/identity theft. Had already received similar call from same number this week on Wednesday - advised her so. She hung up on me... Googled 'Quick Connect' nil result.
Potentially used for identify theft or fraudulent sale.
