I enjoyed getting a call from this number. He is kind courteous and if your gutters are not due for a clean he says "great" and ends the call politely. Not a scam or fraudulent at all.
Yes, I did call Bhatti to see if their gutters are due for another clean. I would hope I only called once. I don't see how that complies with the dictionary definition of a scammer.
The complaint seems confusing because it mentions that if my gutters didn't need cleaning, it wouldn't make sense for them to call me repeatedly. However, I can confirm that Ian from Frontline Roofing did contact me to check if another gutter cleaning was necessary.
Ian called to promote his services, but after I informed him we were not interested, he persistently called back the next day and the day after that as well. It has become quite bothersome.
