This is definitely a scam. They were trying to get me to sign up for a loan, and what legitimate financial institution would call at 7:30 PM on a Friday night? None that I know of—this is blatant fraud. I have blacklisted the number as it appeared as "Mr. Screws" on my Samsung phone.
