Just can across this website and see all the reviews. She also scammed me recently I paid 50% deposit $11500 towards 2 bathrooms! Her original quote was $18,000 plus gst ($20,000) she took me to tile supplier to choose my tiles she then says the ones I choose aren’t in the budget so I was going to go cheaper ones but she talked me into the much more expensive ones and told me it would be $3000 extra I agrees so that’s why $11500 deposit was paid. She started work demolition and I ended up having to work taking rubble out because the trades she used were not good. She did get it 95% completed for first bathroom in the time period she said luckily I was here the whole time every day! When but then requested further payment for the next bathroom. As trusting I was and because first was nearly completed I sent her further $7250 towards material labor for next. She started demo on back end of July once again she only hire 1 guy and it was a mess I had to once again work for something I was paying her to do why Should I be removing rubble and doing a job I paid for! End of demo she requested a further $4000 part of that was towards kitchen floor area she talks me into removing and using tiles there same as bathroom. I sent her another payment. Then not much else happened since! She took weeks and I was having bad thoughts what was happening. She kept many excuses saying tiler doesn’t answer phone or she’s sick he’s sick lies lies. I call the tile supplier and enquire if they have tiles in stock as I needed to complete this reno I then find out my order via MIKI was sitting there UNPAID! She lies saying materials are at her home when I ask for her to bring them to me always excuses saying how I stress her and her trades and she won’t do work now! So I have now requested refund of money I sent towards second bathroom. I’ll take legal action with anyone else who wants to also! She’s had way to many chances and previous convictions and fines by the courts this isn’t acceptable and it’s scamming and fraud with Kevin Tran involved also. Refund the clients their money Miki And pay trades for their work. Don’t be calling and abusing clients for work and issues you haven’t done and taken peoples hard earn money thief! KARMA is coming.

This female Calle MIKI (TIM Reno) has taken all our cash and left me in a big financial distress.
She used this bank account under the name AZ Homes supply (belongs to Someone called Kevin Tran)!
She is shocking as she hires tradies and gets clients then do not pay the tradies, leaves innocent victorians in a unsafe and incomplete work.
Victoria police and local government has to take stringent steps before she keep fooling more people.

She uses other people ABN, address and drives cars in other people's names! If you pay her, she will be gone and can not find her as all her info is fake!!
