I received this call from Oak Road Estate at 10.26 this morning. I told the guy NO I don't want to buy wine, stop calling me and I terminated the call.2 minutes later the phone rang again and it was the same guy. I told him he just called me 2 minutes ago and you are making me angry. He said "sorry my mistake" and then he hanged up. I think Oak Road have lost the plot!
This is the 4th call today from this Oak Road number and all of them before 2pm. I've told them countless times to never call again. It's like talking to a brick wall. Oak Road Estate is the most disreputable company I've dealt with. I've now blocked this number.
They call from different numbers 4 times each day. I'm sick and tired of them. My phone is now on silent and I'm only going to respond after listening to messages. Oak Road's annoying tactics are causing new phone behaviour techniques like mine by mobile phone users.

I bought wine from them once and it was delivered and charged as promised, however I no longer drink and have told them at least 10 times to remove me from their marketing list but they continue to call at least once a fortnight and sometimes several times per week.
Like Gordon above, I told the guy I mostly only buy wine after tasting it. I like the whole experience and nearly always warm to both the wine and the sommelier. Buying wine from an anonymous phone voice is such a cold experience and no matter how good the wine is I'm not going there.
