Claiming to clean solar panels, I don't have any told him. Then rang back said he was from a Telstra company... What a dick. Indian caller.
Some guy trying to convince me to switch to LED lights as part of an Australian Gov initiative. Scam. Do not answer this. Posted by Jason Shico.
Since 14 Sept we have received 12 calls from this number but have never managed to speak to anyone. Some days they call twice within a couple of hours. We too are registered with the do not call register but somehow this number is still able to call us. Very frustrating and annoying.
Over the past month I have been receiving regular marketing cold calls from this number. They are pushing domestic solar panels but their opening gambit is to mention the words Government Solar Rebate.
I had previously put our home phone no. On the Aust. No Call List but checking up recently showed it to be not registered.
So I re-registered it but one has to wait 30 days before expecting it to have an effect (if any) on the scammers.
Only a few days to go now but still receiving the calls which are now answered with an expletive.
