I constantly receive calls from this 'company' despite asking them to take me off the list and never call again. Tell them that it is unwelcome harassment and for them to send a letter in the mail with my next bill (assuming they would even have the address).
If you don't answer, they just keep ringing and ringing.

Yes definetly a scam just don't answer and block them people - the problem is they keep calling off other landlines I get a call at least once a day and now I never answer the phone unless I know who it is - if they are legit they will leave a voicemail which they of course never do - I just keep blocking all of them and my voicemail does not have my name just says leave a message so they cant steal any details that way either.
Ok I'll start this off by saying I'm 21, I have a young voice and I still live at home so I don't pay any bills.
They called and asked if it was Lucy which is my name and I agreed he then he said on his computer he can see I always pay my bills on time or before the date (agian I don't pay the bills I just give my father money when they come in) so I clicked then it was a scam.
He then went on to tell me about his amazing engery bill savings and asked if I lived at an address id never even heard of so I agreed he asked for my birthday so I said something like 1962 and he goes "wow you sound young for your age" and I'm like "yeah I get it all the time" I listened to his bullshit a little longer then asked if this would help me save money on my engery bills because I have to turn on the electric blanket for my cat geffery when I go to the library every day.
He still didn't relise I was bullshiting and kept trying to sell me on his engery thing.
5 minutes into the convosation right then asked for some kind of ID like my drivers lisence this is when I started laughing and told him I am quite young, I don't pay the bills and that wasn't even my address and asked him to not call me and I clicked on it was a scam when I answered the phone. Let's see if he calls agian tomorrow.
Just keep blocking their calls, they call constantly and never remove you from the call list when you ask them. Next step - the ombudsman.

Keep calling us & today I think they are trying to get us to change energy service providers, they actually pretended they were our energy provider & said we would get 38% of our next bill if it was paid on time when I asked if it was AGL they gave me some name I have never heard of can't even remember so angry, called twice again within half an hour of me hanging up, will be seeking legal advice if they continue calling me.
