This no. Rang coming up Melbourne and I asked who was calling from and he didn't give a straight answer. Said if I pay electricity bills on time I'd get a discount about ten times! Asked for d.o.b. And knew my address but used lot no. As well as no. !? Then asked for identification as in drivers license! To which I said no am busy & hung up. Kicking myself and should of got firm and asked more questions. They then rang 3 more times one after another, but didn't answer. Put phone on no Id & rang back and think said was 'make us an offer? Sounded very dodgy from go.
