No message was left on my voicemail from this number. It is similar to another number beginning with 03 9970 that I received calls from previously, which raises my suspicions.
Spam call. I always get spam calls from a 03 area code.
I have been receiving daily phone calls from various numbers with the only difference being the last two digits. Many others have reported similar experiences.
