What Our Users Reviewed
I was contacted by a call center representative but was cut off abruptly during their introduction mentioning "the owner of the business." I hung up because it seemed unprofessional and suspicious.
I didn't recognise the number so I didn't answer. It didn't leave a message. All the comments here show it's just one more scammer to be added to the block list.
This call came from an Indian scam call center. I highly advise against answering it; simply block this number to avoid any issues.
I attempted to return the call, but I only received a busy tone before the line disconnected. This seems like a probable telemarketer or scammer, so I decided to block the number.
When I called back, I got a recorded message instructing me to hold for an "executive." The call seemed to originate from an overseas call center, and the person spoke English with a noticeable accent.
I answered the call and did not say anything, nor did the caller. After a brief silence, they hung up. I reside in Queensland.
This number has called me twice recently but did not leave any voicemail messages. Given that my number was recently listed online, I suspect these calls are spam.
The caller hung up without leaving a message. It's likely that this is someone trying to get money from me.
After calling this number back, I heard a voice recording instructing me to stay on the line for an 'executive' to assist me. However, there was no mention of the company involved, and the recording contained grammatical errors. I consider this to be SPAM.
It's spam. Claims to be a "business development company" who wants to build a website for me.
Spam.
Claimed to be a business development company. Wouldn't give me his name or the name of the Company. Hung up and blocked. SCAMMERS.
Hacker pretending to be from MicrosoftSupport/Random Pass.
Indian caller with a lot of background noise. My daughter said he said to someone else "Here's one now". Hung up and blocked.
Didn't answer it and they left a blank voice message. Could hear all the Indian scammers. In the background form a cal centre.
Don't bother answering them.
Scam.
Tried to call it back and it doesn't go through so I would assume spammers as always.
Just answered this number and it was a business offering services to do with the Victorian Energy Upgrades. It's generally free fitting of vent coverings etc to improve the energy efficiency of your home. They may also enquire about Solar Panel installation which would likely be a paid service.
Scam, leaves no voice mail and hangs up if you answer.
Usual suspects, after hours call, no message left, can't call back, number blocked.
