This call was from someone posing as a representative from the "Commonwealth Bank," asking if I had made any recent online shopping purchases. Sensing something was off, I hung up and called the official bank number back, but the call was disconnected. I have since blocked this number.
I received a call that was unclear; it asked, "What's your message? Testra? Called? About? Internet?" The message was confusing and not informative.
Definitely a scam call. Claimed to be from Telstra Technical Department and there were issues with my Internet connection over the past two weeks. Transferred me to his Senior Technical Advisor. Both had Indian accents.
Meanwhile I was trying to start my Linux computer, then the mouse batteries were flat. After installing new batteries I had to resync the mouse. I was just about to tell him I was ready and he hung up on me.
