Scammer claiming that you have suspicious credit card transaction and ask you to confirm your bank account details. This number was a follow on call from 0474 636 248, and then later possibly additional follow on calls from (03) 9947 6099 and 0428 480 310. Don't believe a word!
The caller claimed to be representing Telstra and informed me that my IP address had been compromised. I promptly told them that I do not use Telstra's NBN service, thus rendering their claim about my IP address irrelevant. I then ended the call. They did not attempt to call back after that. It's evident that this was a scam intended to gain unauthorized access to my network system. Please be cautious!
