The caller used a scripted voice and claimed to be seeking support for prostate and cancer research. Although there may have been a real person on the line, they didn’t allow me to speak much. When I mentioned that I already donate to other cancer charities, the representative merely acknowledged it but continued trying to solicit my support. This seems more like aggressive marketing or scamming to me.
I have been contacted by yet another suspicious "Charity" organization attempting to scam individuals. They use multiple numbers that all start with the 03 area code, and I make sure to block them.
