SCAM - company asks what your printer is on a cold call, and then sends you cartridges you DID NOT order, and then sends you an invoice.

If you don't want them and ask to return they offer them for a cheaper price ""to make it easier" for you.

Avoid talking to them and answering any questions.

Similar to previous calls I’ve received, this one involved a person asking about our printer and then sending us items we did not order. They invoiced us for $413.60. When I declined the items, they provided a return label and offered to sell the items to us at cost price to "make it easier." This feels highly suspicious and untrustworthy.

This company is a scam. Told me that we had ordered cartridges when we hadn't. Never used them. BEWARE.
