Heavy accent (indian) who wants to change my electricity plan, then directs your call to someone else (supervisor), who then directs it so someone else to verify - however gives you a choice of what to choose - then tells you which choice to make (even though that's not the option such as do not tell them you are changing plans (even though that's what they are saying you are doing). Definite dodgy scam.
