Australia Post Impersonation Reports for 03 9454 3519
Fifteen contributors have reported calls from 03 9454 3519 (also written as 0394543519) impersonating Australia Post staff. The scam centres on callers claiming to manage inactive business accounts, then requesting sensitive company information including ABN, business address, contact emails, and employee names. Multiple reports indicate this number has called repeatedly throughout the week, with some callers leaving voicemails claiming to perform "service checks" and "data validation" on accounts.
The impersonation is deliberate and persistent. One contributor noted the caller played authentic Australia Post on-hold messages before requesting information. Another received multiple calls this week from the same person using an Australian accent, describing him as "not the sharpest tool in the shed" but organised enough to know business details. A separate report describes a voicemail from someone claiming to be "Joseph" calling on behalf of Australia Post regarding post bill pay services.
What Callers from 03 9454 3519 Claim
Contributors report callers introducing themselves with names including Jess, Aydin, Muhammad, and Joseph, claiming affiliation with Australia Post. The stated purpose varies - some say they're calling about old or inactive accounts requiring deletion confirmation, others claim to perform account service checks or data validation. One caller allegedly referenced an Australia Post "fisting account" service (likely a misheard or intentional misstatement).
The information requests are the core of the scam. Contributors report being asked for ABN numbers, business addresses, contact email addresses, employee names, and confirmation of company details. When callers from 0394543519 encounter resistance or discover they've been given false information, they continue pressing. One contributor who provided a bogus business name reported the caller claimed to have "found" their records and requested additional information.
Several reports describe callers with accents - one noted a "bogan accent," another described a "strong Indian accent," and multiple mentioned Australian accents. This variation suggests either different individuals operating the scam or deliberate voice manipulation.
Threats and Escalation When Challenged
Four separate reports describe an alarming escalation when contributors refused cooperation. Callers from 03 9454 3519 allegedly made crude threats, including vulgar statements about physical harm if the contributor didn't allow account checks. These threats appeared after initial professional-sounding pitches about account management, suggesting the caller's behaviour changes sharply when facing rejection.
Report Patterns and Timing
Community reports span from mid-September through early November 2025, indicating sustained scam activity over at least six weeks. One contributor reported receiving three calls in a single week. Reports were submitted across multiple channels - answered calls, voicemails, and missed calls - suggesting the operation uses repeated contact attempts to increase the chance of engagement.
The voicemail messages left by callers from 0394543519 are lengthy and detailed, mimicking legitimate account service protocols. One transcribed message referenced post bill pay and data validation procedures, designed to build credibility before the information request. This suggests the scammers follow a prepared script.

Had 3 calls this week from this dopey guy - Aussie accent pretending to be calling on behalf of Australia Post. Not the sharpest tool in the shed but I guess that's why he is working in a scam centre. Basically a phishing exercise trying to get me to confirm company details like ABN, address, contact emails, employees names ect - don't give these lowlifes a single second of your time.
I received a call this afternoon and was left a message regarding an Australia Post account. I haven't used Aust Post accounts for years so knew this was suspect. I obviously didn't call back and did a reverse search on the number. It is definitely a scam. The message I received was from a girl named Jess who speaks with a bogan accent.

He said something about a fιsting account that we have with Australia Post? And asked me to call back.

Had a gentleman call me to touch base with me about an old Australia Post account I had from a few years ago.
We had sold our business years ago, so we were no longer using the account.
I told him talking about an old account doesn't provide much value to me as I'm a busy person and got lots of other things to tend to. But the guy was really insistent and said he would pοοp 1n my βυττhοlε if I don't let him check my service.
Some guy called me up about an Australia Post Account from a while back.
We hadn't used the account in over 10 years!
He was just confirming if we still planned to use the account or if we're okay if Australia Post processes it for deletion.
Some guy called me saying something about my old Australia Post account.
He was very professional until he said he would p.0.0. P in my b.you.t.t.h.0.l. E if I don't let him check my service.

They called about an old account I haven't used in a while, wanted to confirm if I intended to still use it or if I was okay for it to be deleted as it had been inactive for quite a while.
They seemed to know all the details about my past business so seemed legitimate to me.
This number tried to call me many times and left messages like this: “Good morning this is Joseph again calling on behalf of Australia Post Just hoping to speak to you about a Australia Post account you have with us use for post bill pay or sexual payments I just Just calling to perform a service check in for the account as well as some data validation I'm just in case for any sort of information needing to be sent out it's going to the right people And will And will touch base again tomorrow if you don't get back…”, I believe this is a scam.
Suggesting they are Australia post. Strong Indian accent and asking me about a business of mine that doesn’t currently have an account with Australia post.

WRITE A REVIEWFrequently Asked Questions
Is 03 9454 3519 a real Australia Post number?
No. Multiple contributors confirm 0394543519 is not affiliated with Australia Post. The callers deliberately impersonate Australia Post staff and use authentic on-hold messages to appear legitimate, but genuine Australia Post never requests ABN, business address, or employee names via unsolicited calls. If unsure, hang up and call Australia Post directly using the official number on their website, not any number the caller provides.
What information are callers from 03 9454 3519 trying to obtain?
Community reports show callers from 03 9454 3519 specifically request: ABN (Australian Business Number), business address, contact email addresses, and employee names. They frame these requests as necessary for "account service checks" or "data validation." This information is used for further scams targeting your business or identity theft.
Why do callers from 0394543519 keep calling multiple times?
Contributors report receiving multiple calls from 0394543519 in a single week, sometimes with the same caller. What should I do if I already gave information to 03 9454 3519?
Contact Australia Post directly using their official website number (not the caller's) to report the fraudulent call and warn them your business details may have been compromised. If you shared your ABN or financial details, contact your bank and consider placing a fraud alert. Report the incident to ReportCyber at cyber.gov.au so authorities can monitor for misuse of your information.
Why do some callers from 03 9454 3519 have Australian accents while others have Indian accents?
Community reports describe variation in accents - some callers sound Australian, others have strong Indian accents. This may indicate the scam operation involves multiple callers at different locations, or some callers deliberately alter their accent. Regardless of accent, the impersonation and information requests from 0394543519 are the same scam.
Should I be concerned if a caller from 03 9454 3519 made threats?
