They're scammers claiming to be from a web development company. When I told them to stop wasting my time and that I'm not that stupid the horrible woman said "I will make sure they call you again and again." So I started to swear at her in Hindi and she hung up.
I answer and keep quiet, they hang up. Call me back then I speak in another language they hang up, then they call back and I press buttons. Blocked now. As you can only have so much fun with it them.
This number is not connected if you try to call back. So I believe it is spam.
