There was a click on their end after a brief silence. I could not understand the woman who then spoke. I tried three times then told her I couldn't understand & she would have to call back and hung up. After reading these reviews I will probably block the number.

Scam - I didn't get the National Broadband Network. I got Amazon Prime. However when I tried to point out that just because the phone number on the account was mine it didn't make the whole account mine, someone may have written down the wrong phone number, they got so angry. I said well what name do you have on the account if you're so sure it's mine? They said they could not disclose this information and I laughed which made them angrier.
I informed them they needed to do a better job at figuring out the accounts real number because I have never had an Amazon prime account. They started to go on in an angry voice about this and that so I wasted some more time telling them about how their phone manner was horrid and how did they expect to get anywhere talking to people so poorly.
They say they are from Amazon Prime and that if I cancel now they will refund my $80.
