This is a scam, the caller said you have bitcoins available to be recovered and they can help recover the bitcoin but you need to pay to have it released. After asking a lot of questions this person could not answer most of my questions just to say it was from a betting software I had purchased years ago and now they had been betting under my name and now the money was converted into bitcoin in my name. They tried using my name to withdraw from the account and now the account has a block on it but as this account is in my name they can help me recover it but I need to pay for a fee to release the block on the account. Don't be fooled its a scam remember if it sounds to good to be true it is.
