This is a scam company operating under the name of discount club. They randomly called call people and ask you to provide them with copies of your bills. They promised to pay your bill and give you a 70% or 45 %discount. They even encourage you to call your provider and confirm that the bill has been paid and then they ask you to wire them the money. Eventually in about two or three months they dispute the transaction and the bill is reversed and you still have to pay the bill.
Please read up on Google under bill payment scam. Please do not engage with this business. They are extremely conniving. Deceptive dishonest and fraudulent. Block the number and stay safe. I am speaking from personal experience and I wish that I was forewarned about this dodgy business.
