Looks like the REFUND scam.
Refund scams work like this:
Message/email stating amount is being deducted for payment for goods/services, in this case Norton software. Can be PayPal payment, various subscriptions etc.
Call the number to get a refund.
Scammer (may be based overseas) will offer refund but victim must download software to get control of victim's computer. Scammer works it so victim enters refund amount but scammer adds some zeros so it appears they have refunded too much. Scammer tries to con victim into refunding all the 'extra' funds.
Be aware.
There are good youtube videos by anti-scammers which clearly show how the refund & other scams work.

Got email about Nortonxnl Security renewal for $549, urging me to call this number to cancel
Email saying Norton auto-charged $599.99, need to call to cancel and get refund. Never had Norton. Asking for bank details
