This phone number appeared in two emails with an attachment regarding a direct debit for Norton 360. The letterhead claims to be from PayPal, but the sender does not address the customer personally. Additionally, the email recipient is deceased and does not have a PayPal account. I did not open the attachment. This is clearly a SCAM and has been reported to Scamwatch.
