I found this number listed in a phishing email purporting to be from PayPal. I believe it is associated with a scam.

I received a call from this number with someone on the line pretending to be from Vodafone Customer Service. It was clearly a scam and an attempt to access my personal information.
This number rang me and told me that they were from Vodafone and said that they were offering a special half price deal on mobile phone plans. When I said then the deal must be available thru a Vodafone shopfront they said no. I hung up before they had the chance to ask for my banking details.
