I received a call from a fixed line number to my office phone at the Australian National University requesting me to call back to 03 8820 5472 on tax crime investigation. The last sentence in the auto message delivered was something like "the legal obligation falls on you if you fail to call back ..." which sounds threatening and strange. I thought I deserved more respect from ATO than this stupid threat. I looked up online and found that others people got this junk call as well. ATO would never did such a thing!
