I purchased a Hisense Refrigerator from JB HiFi in Homebush NSW store and the delivery man crushed the power plug snapping and breaking off one of the terminal pins that go into the wall socket, so I visited the store and told them about it, they said I will get a call about repair of the plug or replacement of the entire refrigerator and gave me a Case file number.. This is the number that called me from VIC (03) 8777 1602, but I kept missing the calls (my fault) and went to answering machine regarding Hisense, so I just ended up calling the Hisense customer service and was asked to email photos of the plug and was given a Reference number after quoting the Case File number, a repair man will contact me soon.. So it's not a scam number, JB Hifi got me called by that number.
