A caller named Geoff claimed to be from NBN and wanted to send someone to investigate why our internet keeps dropping out. I am unsure if this is a legitimate call; however, the caller was very persistent.
The caller claimed to be from NBN support and expressed concern regarding issues with our internet connection dropping out.
This is a scam call that inquired about my phone and internet line connections. I did not provide any personal information and ended the call.
This number has called me up to 10 times a day, and each time they hang up right after I answer. I decided to call them back to inform them that they were interrupting bridal appointments, which are very important for many people. They showed no concern and continue to call daily. This is definitely a SCAM - do not waste your time with them!
I have received multiple calls from this number, claiming to represent Telstra. They are allegedly reaching out to businesses in the Hawthorn area due to numerous complaints about call dropouts and internet coverage issues. I informed them that I have not experienced any such problems and that I do not require a technician at my place of business. I'm unsure of their objective, but the constant calls are becoming quite annoying.
