What Our Users Reviewed
Female caller sounded Indian. She claimed my landline and internet would be disconnected within 24 hours if I didn't transfer to the National Broadband Network within that time. She claimed to be calling on behalf of Telstra but didn't know my name or address. She tried running some spiel to convince me she was genuine but she couldn't answer questions outside her script. I told her that what she was saying was "all b****t", she was a scammer, and she should get herself an honest job. I then hung up on her. We switched over to the National Broadband Network in February this year and anyone we dealt with had the necessary details about us.
