I received four calls from this number on June 30 and one more on July 1. Based on this frequency and context, I strongly suspect that it is a scam call.
Ringing constantly throughout the day so eventually I gave up and answered so I could write review on these pests. Also using 03 8652 8063. A nice long pause when you answer while they wait for you to speak as they are using auto dialers. It's the free shower head / exhaust fan / door seal routine. Number now blocked:-)
The caller repeatedly rings my phone but hangs up each time without speaking. It's becoming quite frustrating and seems suspicious.
Called me twice in half an hour midday on a Saturday. I did not answer on purpose but rang back half an hour after last call. There was a ringing tone but then went to engaged then after a couple of minutes of engaged tone went to high pitched strobe. I hung up. These are usually calls wanting to replace light globes / shower heads / free extraction fan draft stoppers etc, These are scammers. We have also had calls that we answered where there was nobody on the other end and shortly after hanging up lost our internet connection. Turns out these calls were a precursor to online internet Dos attacks to our assigned ISP address - a quick reboot of the router stops them and restores the internet until we are hit again - not uncommon to reboot router 7 or 8 times a day - pain in the, well, backside is a polite word.
