    Scam confirmed: automated call says the current mobile service will be terminated in 2 hours due to the account issue/missing contractual information.2 options given to speak to either English or chinese speaking agent. The agent speaks madarin and but does not know how to transfer the call to an English speaking agent. After 3 requests he hung up.
