This number appears to be a scam caller. They allowed the call to go to voicemail but hung up before leaving a message.
I received a missed call where the voicemail was unintelligible, lasting only 7 seconds. There was a lot of background noise, and the caller, who sounded Asian, repeated gibberish phrases like "dum der dere di." I have no idea how this calls get through the telco filters, so I've blocked the number.

I hung up, but they called back within 30 seconds. I asked them to remove me from their call list before hanging up again. They called once more shortly after, and I decided to block their number.

A man called me- repeatedly used my name and said he had a part for my exhaust fan. I hung up.
The caller did not identify themselves until I prompted them, yet they seemed to know my name. They were offering "free" exhaust fans, which raised my suspicion. I declined the offer because I do not believe in anything being truly free. I wonder who might have sold my contact information to them.
