This a a scam number.
I’ve also received multiple calls from this same number regarding the same issue! Clearly suspicious.
Caller said they were advising customers that their electricity provider had reduced the rate and they would receive a cheaper bill next time. Then proceeded to ask for details of last bill.
Told them it was not a legit call and hung up.
The caller claimed to be from my electricity provider and informed me that my next bill would be cheaper due to a reduction in rates. They requested information from my last energy bill. I suspected this call to be illegitimate, so I ended the call.
Missed call - called number back and it's a marketing survey telco. Blocked and reported as spam as my phone didn't detect it as such.
