When I answered this call, there was silence for a few seconds before an Indian man, who identified himself as Roger, spoke. He claimed to be from a utility comparison service. When I expressed my disinterest, he strangely said, "When you said hello, the way you said it told me you were not interested. You people never..." I cut him off and told him to leave me alone. It's definitely a scam!
