I had a phone from 03 8370 3053 today claiming they are from a government department installing National Broadband Network and need to register my details. They wanted my date of birth, medicare number and drivers license number, which I refused to give them as I did not believe any identification given to me over the phone. Could be scammers, I don't trust them.

They want people to think that they are "Telemarketers" but is a Decoy to rob you.
