In the past week, I have received several calls from numbers starting with 03 8103. Even after blocking each call, they keep changing the last four digits and continue to call.
Calling my number at 7 pm at night of a constant nature and doesn’t leave voicemail! It STATES the number is from Melbourne VIC on my phone however spoof technology allows scammers to constantly SCAM you via pretending to be local in Australia so you answer and so forth.

As I suspect this is a scam I block them after the 3rd time of doing it & I suspect these then new numbers are THE SAME scamming people from india!
