The caller identified the company as "Free Upgrade" and mentioned they wanted to "inspect our lights." When I said we weren’t interested and requested to be removed from their call list, the representative, who claimed his name was Gaurav, hung up when I mentioned that no one would be on site.
Company name I was given was “Free Upgrade”, and Called in regards to “inspecting our lights” and when I told him we weren’t interested, and to please remove us from their caller list, Gaurav(the supposed name of the rep) became quite rude, telling me “ no I won’t do that, put a complaint in, do what you want to do”
