Caller hung up when claiming to be from PayPal
Indian woman claiming to be from Vodafone billing, felt suspicious
Person called telling me that somebody was using my PayPal account in USA and said that he needs to change my IP address to protect me. He said if I don’t give him mu IP address I would lost my phone. I have blocked the number.
Got the call from 0370761244 an Indian man called and said they were from Amazon calling me because of suspicious activity, I asked what is my Amazon account. He tried to spell my name horribly (miss pronounce some of the letter from my name and he tried to correct himself 3 times) and he asked for confirmation, I just said yes and listened to what he said and explanation, once he finished, I told him that I never had an Amazon account and he said there was someone else using my name and asked me to wait in the line, I said to him to call me back when my husband is back from work and he started to sounds panicked. I also asked him to send me an email if he was really from Amazon and he said he couldn't do that because the email will go to the scammer instead and bla bla. It’s kinda not making any sense after that so I hang up. He clearly is the scammer.
