I suspect this was a scam call. I strongly advise against calling this number again.
I received two calls from this number over two days, and both times they did not leave a message.
I received a missed call from an unknown number, but no voice message was left.
Hung up when I said I don't have an energy system. Called back and asked where they got my number and they said they were working with the government so they got my number from the government data base. I laughed and said there's no government data base and they hung up again. Charming.
