This call was from scammers who are using a fake or spoofed number. The number is now disconnected and was previously registered to a failed company named NZ 3 Pty Ltd.
I am frustrated with the constant calls from numbers with changing last four digits. Whenever I try to call these numbers back, the line is always disconnected. It's irritating that the telecom companies haven't acted on their promise to eliminate these persistent nuisance calls. I end up blocking them repeatedly.
