I just got a call from this number. Please be warned guys - they are scammers posing as Visa Security Department.
The number calls you, and you get a recording saying there have been fraudulent charges for gift cards on your Visa card.
They then say to connect to a representative to get assistance.
You then get connected to an indian call centre where they attempt to get your information by way of card numbers, ip addresses, email addresses.
NOT LEGIT!!! THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!
I received a call from this number. I answered as I am expecting a call and this number is “local” to where I am.
It is definitely a SCAM as it was a recorded message (female with weird accent) claiming they were security for Visa and my card had fraudulent charges. I immediately hung up as I know there are no charges as I have just turned 18 and have not ever been old enough to own a Visa card.

I just received a call from this number. Was a recorded message saying they were from “Visa Security Department” and they had noticed a suspicious activity linked to my Visa card where several iTunes cards had been purchased and they noticed I had never purchased these gift cards on my Visa card.
It then transferred me to an indian female who says “thank you for calling visa security department, how can I help you?”
I said “well you called me, so what do YOU want?”
She then hung up.
Ok - I know this to be a scam immediately as I have not had a Visa Card in over 20 years!
