Just got a call from this number and the caller had a very strong and indecipherable accent. The call apparently had something to do with a hot water rebate from the "Government". This seemed to me to be a scam. Either that, or inappropriate.
I answered a call from this number but was left with no message, just like another user reported on the same day. Today, I received another call from a similar number (e.g., 3882), so I'm taking steps to block these numbers.
