Scam caller trying to possibly steal your details. Purported to be calling from "Microsoft" then shortly after "Dell" on another call. Hung up after asking for my name.
It appears to be a phishing scam. The caller contacted me twice, first claiming to represent Microsoft and then Dell, asking me to respond in specific ways during the call before hanging up.
I'm unsure about the caller's identity, who referred to herself as Ruby from an organization that sounded like "Meta West." Her heavy Indian accent made her hard to understand, and she spoke unusually quickly while asking to speak with the Chief Financial Officer, which was unlikely given her manner.
