I got a call on my mobile phone offering free exit lights, but I’m not interested at all.

A woman with an Indian accent contacted me regarding light bulbs and mentioned needing to know how many doors we have in our home, which seems irrelevant and suspicious.
The call came in at 6:25 PM from a company claiming to be "Green Services," stating that they were contacting me about a potential upgrade for my exhaust fan.
I have been receiving persistent calls from this number, but they never leave a voicemail or any message.
