Indian Caller Telemarketer Scammer. Knew as soon as there was a pause after I had greeted along with our company name. He begun with asking for the business owner but then quickly changed it and asked to speak to "Our Company Name" who is not an actual person. As most people would know. He seemed to lose his confidence. Immediately when I asked who it was they wished to speak to, there was a pause and they hung up. Also I could hear other people in the background. The number showed as +610370420239 on the phone screen. Totally been spoofed. Wish they could stop these bastards! Blacklisted now.

Just another number starting with 03 7042. This time I called it from my VoIP number and spoke to a guy with an Indian accent. He admitted that they are "a website development" company, which have been illegally stealing my website WHOIS information to keep harassing me for more than a year. Add this number to your blocked list like I have done.

I don't have a vm greeting, just silence.

This number called and a woman with an Indian accent asked for me by full name, then asked if she was audible when she got no reply.

I usually don't return calls to unknown numbers, but I did call back this time. They did not announce who they were but had to choices to click on - one of which was to be removed from their database. Clever trick. Don't click.

I missed a call from this number, and when I called back, I received a recorded message prompting me to press 1 to connect or press 2 to opt out of their database. I believe this call originates from scammers, and they clearly do not respect Australian anti-spam laws or the Do Not Call Register. It seems to be operated by an Indian call center attempting to gather personal information.

Scam / fake doctor.

For unrecognised numbers, I answer and wait 4 seconds before speaking. Most spam/scam auto-diallers give up at 3 seconds and hang up. This one gave up at 3 seconds and hung up. Based on OP, that was a good outcome:)

Number rang, then hung up without saying anything when I answered. Suspect it’s a scam.
